INFORMATION ON SHIPPING AND PAYMENTS
Payment and delivery: Order processing time: Delivery time (preparing and packing the package) is the time from receipt of the order (or receipt of payment), until the parcel is delivered to the courier. Realization of the order starts: • for orders paid before collection - after receipt payment to your account; • in the case of orders paid on delivery - after receiving the order by the shop, the order takes up to 5 days, this does not apply to products on the order or other circumstances about which the employee of our store informs. Time of delivery = delivery time delivery time Delivery time : The delivery time is the time from the moment of sending and delivering the packaged package to the supplier until it is received by the customer. The On My Way company has no influence on the delivery and operation of courier companies. The delivery of goods takes place in a manner chosen by the customer and specified in the order. To choose: • DPD courier - delivery on the second day of posting, on business days. • Personal collection - at the head office of ON MY WAY in Nowy Targ, after setting the day and time (only Saturdays). Delivery abroad: Foreign shipments are sent only after the order and shipping costs have been settled. Deliveries and costs of foreign shipments should be agreed individually before execution of the contract. Delivery cost: DPD courier: PLN 20, for orders over PLN 600 - free delivery DPD cash on delivery: PLN 25
