Return of goods Within 14 days of the delivery of the item, the consumer has the right to return it without giving reasons, and it is sufficient to send a statement before its expiry. The consumer is obliged to return the item to the seller immediately, but no later than 14 days from the day on which he withdrawn from the contract. • Returned goods should be unchanged. The seller may withhold the return of the payment until receiving the item back or providing proof of sending it back. • The consumer sends back the items being the subject of the contract, from which he resigned at his own expense and risk. Complaints are subject to damage resulting from faulty production or material defect of the goods. If any defect is discovered at the time of purchase, the goods are exchanged for a new one.
