Store Regulations: 1) Placing orders in the On My Way store: 1. Orders are accepted through the website www.onmyway.net.pl2. Orders in the store can be submitted by unregistered persons, but in the case of registration you can check the status of the order as well as view orders history (each time a link is generated that redirects to the customer's account, there is no possibility to log in to the account in a different way than by email used for the order) 3. Each order placed is checked by the seller and the orderer receives information about its acceptance or rejection.4. Changes to the order (resignation, increase or decrease of the quantity) can be sent by e-mail to the following address: info@onmyway.net.pl, provided that the order has not been sent before. 2) Methods of implementationThe orders are processed in two ways: 1. Items are sent on an ongoing basis after receiving the order, and the amount due together with shipping costs is collected from the buyer at the time of pickup. Time of order processing (preparation and packing of the shipment) is the time from receiving the order (or receiving the payment), until the parcel is handed over to the courier. Implementation of the order starts: a) in the case of orders paid before collection - upon receipt of payment to the account; b) in the case of orders paid on delivery - after the order is received by the shop. Order processing for products available in the warehouse is 5 working days, in the case of products currently unavailable in the warehouse, the deadline may be longer - detailed information will always be provided by the seller. Delivery time of products on order is determined individually.4) Time of delivery = order processing time delivery time5) Delivery time Delivery time is the time from the moment of sending and delivering the packaged package to the supplier until it is received by the customer. On delivery, the On My Way company has no influence. The delivery of the goods takes place in the manner chosen by the customer and specified in the order.6) Delivery abroad Foreign deliveries are sent only after the order and shipping costs have been paid. The delivery and cost of the foreign shipment must be agreed individually before the order is realized.7) Prices and range All prices include tax. Product availability in the store is not synonymous with the fact that the product is in stock. Unfortunately, sometimes there may be discrepancies, hence the order will be considered accepted only after receiving from the store the message that the order is accepted for execution. There is the possibility of placing special orders. 8) Complaints and returns: The product may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, then we send the payment to the bank account provided in the return form. Goods made for special orders *, are not refundable. Replacement of the goods is carried out up to 14 days from the date of delivery. In the case of an exchange of goods, the customer is obliged to provide the replaced product at his own expense, while the cost of shipping the new product is covered by the company On My Way * - these are things marked with identity.9) Guarantee: All On My Way products are covered by the guarantee. The warranty period is 12 months.
